Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt von 19 Tagen im Rosa Canina. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist gut und entspricht der Beschreibung. Für uns war Ruhe wichtig und dafür ist das Haus ideal. Es ist kein Autoverkehr zu hören, allerdings ist ein Auto notwendig. Bei der Anfahrt ist Vorsicht geboten, aber auch mit einer Limousine kein Problem. Der Blick in die Weiten der Maremma ist fantastisch. Der Vermieter ist leicht zu erreichen und antwortet schnell. Der Kontakt war sehr angenehm und sehr freundlich.

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen.

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr einsam mit toller Aussicht gelegen. Der Weg von der Straße bis zum Haus ist ein holprigen Schotterweg, der mit einem höhergelegenen Fahrzeug gut zu befahren ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten der Grundnahrungsmittel gibt es in den umliegenden kleinen Dörfen, große Einkaufszentren in Grosetto. Im Umkreis von 60 Kilometern liegen sehr viele schöne Ausflugsziele. Für Pilzsammler ein Parafies im Herbst. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir sind entspannt und erholt aus dem Urlaub nach Hause gefahren.

Entspannung, Ruhe, Genuß und Natur pur

Das Objekt entspricht genau der Beschreibung, sogar noch besser, da die Umgebung um das Haus absolute Natur bot. Ein wunderschöner Blick in die weite Landschaft mit ihren Hügeln. Es herrschte absolute Ruhe. Die Einrichtung im einfachen toskanischen Landhausstil gefiel uns sehr. Die Räume waren top gereinigt, ebenso das Geschirr. Das Wasser war stets heiß und von Menge und Druck ausreichend. Das Bett war groß, die Matratze gut (fest), Die Zufahrtsstraße ist nicht geteert, aber in guten Zustand, teils mit flachen Felssteinen gepflastert. Bei langsamer Fahrt kein Problem, ruckelt ein wenig. Die etwas steile Auffahrt nach den elektrischen Tor ist beleuchtet und auf mindestens 3/5 der Länge in Beton mit rauher griffiger Oberfläche ausgeführt. Auch unser BMW mit Heckantrieb hatte keinerlei Probleme. Wir bedanken uns ausdrücklich bei den äußerst netten Vermieter, und können das Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder mieten.
