Welcome to "El Zirum-Boscoverde", a cozy apartment located in Rocca Pietore, ideal for families and couples who want to experience the tranquility of the Dolomites. This charming two-room apartment of 60 sqm offers an intimate and functional space, perfect for hosting up to 4 people.



The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and, as an alternative to the sofa bed in the living room, guests can use a divisible double bed located on the mezzanine. Access to the mezzanine is via an internal iron staircase: it is noted that the ceiling beam in this area is low, therefore requiring some attention.



The shower bathroom is fully equipped to meet the guests' needs. The American-style kitchen represents a real strength: equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and various utensils, it allows for easily preparing delicious meals.



Outside you will find a balcony, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or an aperitif with a view of the mountains, and a private parking space. During the winter period, if the access driveway is not passable, parking is available free of charge on the road, just 50 meters from the apartment entrance.



ATTENTION: Access to the apartment is via an unpaved road, regularly cleared of snow, but which during winter may have icy sections. For this reason, winter tires or snow chains are essential.



In some cases, direct access to the house might not be completely free. In such a case, the car should be left in the inner courtyard of the property and not in the space in front of the condominium, to avoid the risk of getting stuck with the vehicle.
