Welcome to Chalet Julie, an oasis of tranquility and comfort in the heart of Pezzè di Rocca Pietore, where history, modern comfort and a touch of the rest of the world come together to offer you a unique vacation experience.



Immersed in an extremely quiet area, Chalet Julie is more than just a vacation home: it is a refuge, a place where you can find your balance, relax and regenerate.



Once a traditional stable, now carefully and lovingly renovated, this charming chalet (Tabia in Italian) is ready to welcome you with open arms.



With a total of 3 double beds, distributed across three spacious bedrooms (one of which features a double sofa bed), it can accommodate up to 8 people, ideal for two families or a group of friends looking to share special moments.

There are 2 bathrooms and a wardrobe, for a total of 3 showers, 3 toilets and 1 bathtub, a washing machine and dryer, private parking for 1 car (and always space in the town square, 10 m away, for a second car).

The living area is an "open space", arranged around a traditional and historic ceramic "stube" (We ask that you do not use it as there is a special technique for lighting it, it is not a normal wood-burning stove). You will find a large smart TV with many satellite channels, a soundbar and a subwoofer for high-quality audio, a large U-shaped sofa that can comfortably seat 10 people and a large dining table that can accommodate up to 12 people. A compact but well-equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and all necessary amenities, will allow you to prepare delicious dinners to enjoy with friends. The surrounding balcony, with its two small tables, is the ideal place to relax with a coffee or a glass of wine and admire the views of the surrounding peaks, choosing between sun or shade, depending on your mood.



There is a beautiful garden with a table, chairs and a cover to dine outdoors.



If you need to work remotely or simply want to stay connected, don't worry: the free high-speed satellite Wi-Fi connection (Starlink) throughout the house will allow you to always be online.



The true uniqueness of Chalet Julie, however, lies in its many small details, in the original works of art collected from all over the world and in the true sense of being welcomed in a family's home – which it is for much of the year.
