"Great Hospitality, but Needs Modernizing Rating: 3/5 Stars I wanted to share a quick review of my recent stay. There were some definite highlights, but also a few areas where the room experience could be improved. The Good The standout feature of this property is the hospitality. The staff members are incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful. I was particularly impressed by their work ethic—the workers were available and willing to assist at any time of day or night. A huge thank you to the team for making me feel so welcome! Areas for Improvement While the service was excellent, the room amenities were a bit lacking: • WiFi: The connection in the room was quite poor, which made it difficult to get work done or browse the web. • Entertainment: There was no television in the room. If you are looking for a place with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and don't mind unplugging for a bit, this is a good choice. However, I hope the management considers upgrading the tech amenities soon."
