Guests will have full access to the entire home during their stay, including all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry area, and outdoor spaces. Enjoy the convenience of having the place to yourself whether you`re staying for business, relocation, or a relaxing getaway.

Parking is available on-site for added convenience.

We want your stay to feel easy and comfortable. Guests can enjoy self check-in for a seamless arrival experience, and we remain available throughout your stay should you need anything.

We`re just a message away and happy to assist with questions, recommendations, or anything that helps make your visit more enjoyable, while still giving you complete privacy to settle in and feel at home.
Robert House Rules & Regulations:

-Must be 25 years of age or older to book and stay

-No more than 7 guests allowed unless written/typed consent from the host

-We love hosting guests with their furry companions. A one-time $89 pet fee per pet applies and helps cover additional cleaning, including pet hair removal, to keep the home clean and comfortable for all guests.

-We kindly ask that pets stay off all furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs. This helps us maintain a clean and comfortable space for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

-Excessive noise & loud music are not permitted - Absolutely NO parties of any kind during your stay

-Absolutely NO smoking inside of any kind - $500 fine. Please, go to the front or back porch

-Candles and burning of incense and outside fires are not permitted due to fire hazard
Fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink for emergency purposes ONLY

-If anything seems out of the ordinary or of concern, please call or make sure to leave us a message (i.e. any questions, concerns, or any recommendations)–Much appreciated!

-Accidents happen, if something breaks, simply take a photo and share with the host. A consequence for item(s) repayment for making zero contact with the host regarding the broken item(s) will be enforced. If upfront and honest, compromise and understanding will usually work in guests’ favor


BEFORE LEAVING, Please make sure to:

-Put all used dishes in the dishwasher & turn the dishwasher on. DO NOT PUT ANY UNAUTHORIZED SOAPS IN DISHWASHER– The soap should be labeled under the kitchen sink

-Turn the AC on 75 degrees - much appreciated!

-Turn off all inside lights & lamps

-Please, put your used trash bags in the trash receptacle located outside

-Front Door Lock before leaving (simply press the Lock symbol on keypad)
Reminder: Please, make sure all doors are locked

-Lost or left behind items are NOT our responsibility - Please, before you leave, do a walk-thru to check for personal belongings. We cannot guarantee entry after you check out BUT our maid reports any left behind items - We will kindly mail to you at your expense.
