Located close to Mahalia Coffee and the Gym (for all the gym enthusiasts), a short stroll to all restaurants and shops and right down the street from Robe's Dinosaur Playground, this home is sure to delight young and old.
Open plan living and dining, kitchen with breakfast bar, stainless appliances including dishwasher.
Four large bedrooms, ensuite and walk-in robe to master.
Spacious family bathroom with separate bath and large shower enclosure.
Large enclosed rear yard for the little ones to play and to keep your pets safe plus a large shed to store the boat or jet skis!
