Clean and very friendly staff. Nice safe area. We were just traveling through and needed a place to stay for the night. Springhill Suites always has a good breakfast. This one in Roanoke did not disappoint! I will stay again!

Everything. Staff is super friendly and helpful even offering a scraper when we were surprised with snow. Staff definitely stayed on top of the snow.—heard them out there at 4;30 am cleaning. Room was big and roomy and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was wonderful especially those jalapeño quiche and crunchy bacon. Coffee was really good as well. Great visit!! Thanks!!

Hotel lobby and other amenities are great! Room was ok. tV is too complicated For this old boomer to use. WiFi for my iPad is too slow. I turned on my cell phone’s hot Spot cause it’s faster. Room was very quiet. Hester works great! However the air is too dry.
