Schönes und gemütliches Haus !

Es ist ein schönes und gemütliches Haus mit entsprechend viel Platz und sehr geräumig. Die Lage ist wunderbar, das Haus liegt in der zweiten Dünenreihe in einem kleinen Wäldchen, direkt in der Heide. Alles ist bestens und bequem zu erreichen, es gibt schöne Spazierwege durch die Anlage mit den Ferienhäusern. Es handelt sich bei dem Haus sicherlich nicht um einen Neubau, sondern es ist ein Ferienhaus noch mit klassischem Reetdach. Die Ausstattung ist wunderbar. Wir haben dahingehend nichts vermisst. Einen kleinen Wermutstropfen hat das Haus leider: die Sanitäreinrichtung, davon gibt es leider nur eine, ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß. Hier hätte man lieber auf die Mini Sauna verzichtet, die sich mit im Badezimmer befindet und dafür ein großes geräumiges neues Bad renoviert . Die Dusche ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr zeitgemäß . Aufgrund der von uns vor Ort bemängelten Abflüsse von Waschbecken und Dusche, kommt es leider zu sehr heftigen Überschwemmungen und das Bad wird unter Wasser gesetzt. Auch hier müsste der Vermieter einmal die Revision richtig durchführen und nicht nur mit dem Pömpel einen Waschtisch Abfluss frei pumpen. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung zu diesem Problem lief sicherlich sehr unkompliziert und es wurde auch direkt reagiert, jedoch hatte die Reparatur schlussendlich wenig Erfolg. Außerdem ist natürlich nur ein Badezimmer bei einer acht Personenbelegung schon etwas wenig.
