This terraced house in Rømø is practically equipped with a kitchen and living room, from which you can access the terrace. There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor and one bedroom on the first floor.

Rim Holiday Center offers many facilities for children and adults. Spread around the center there are playgrounds where children can have fun and find new playmates. The main building itself has indoor and outdoor pools, children's pools, sauna, solarium, gym, tennis courts, mini golf, table tennis, pool, billiards, washing machine and much more. There is a charge for some of these facilities. The use of the pool and sauna is included in the rental price.

The house is within walking distance of Rømø harbor and the Rømø Links golf course. Here you are also not far from the Rømø Play and Labyrinth Park and the Rømø Pony Farm. Also visit the wide beach where you can drive to the water's edge. From Havneby ferries depart daily to the German island of Sylt.

Haus ist runtergekommen und dreckig, kein guter Service

Wir waren geschockt vom Zustand und dem Grad der Verschmutzung des Hauses. Man sieht zwar, dass der Besitzer nach und nach renoviert, aber es ist vieles aus unserer Sicht sehr lieblos bzw. stümperhaft gemacht. Novasol ist uns diesbezüglich nicht wirklich entgegen gekommen, hat nur eine zusätzliche Reinigung angeboten bzw. einen Elektriker, der die Gefahrenstellen ausbessert. Dieser hat aber gesagt, dass er hier nichts machen kann. Ein anderes Haus wurde uns nicht angeboten, trotz mehrfacher Bitte. „Wir sind kein Hotel mit einer Upgrade-Möglichkeit“ war die Aussage…wir werden über diesen Anbieter nie wieder buchen!

1A Familienurlaub

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in einem schönen Ferienhaus, welches zeitlos modern eingerichtet ist. Von den Mängeln unserer Vorredner keine Spur. Es ist ein Haus, welches schon des Öfteren Bewohnt wurde. Ich erwarte aber auch keine neuwertigen Häuser. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Gelände war für die Kids super. Während die sich auf den Spielplätzen amüsiert haben, haben wir den Blick von der Terrasse auf den Golfplatz und den Deich genossen. Auch das Schwimmbad mit Saune wurde gerne genutzt. Einzig negativ sind uns die sehr spontanen Anpassungen der Öffnungszeiten der Freizeitmöglichkeiten nach Ostern aufgefallen. Regulär war diese bis Abends geöffnet, wir wurden dann gegen Nachmittag unfreundlich aus dem Bad „geschmissen“.Dennoch können wir sagen, dass es ein gelungener Familienurlaub war. Danke
