This hotel is located in city center of Rize, walking to all the city facilities and transportation station, clean bed , pillows, toilet and room is spacious, staff are so friendly and cooperative, you will feel home immediately.

Three stars is too much for this hotel,they sent me to three room because of cockroach,their breakfast was really lower than what you think,their staff can't speak english fluently (non of them),and you can't feel safe enough at this hotel,all the night I can't sleep well,thus this hotel is really lower than it's price

Wait until the construction is over.

The area around the hotel is very noisy. There is a lot of construction going on across the street, and they work all night.

Central But Needs Updating & Better Cleaning

This hotel is central, but probably not the cleanest you can find in Rize. We were near the top floor and saw some cockroaches in our room. There was also one day that they never cleaned the room, another day, where the cleaning staff didn't empty the trash. The room is quite tight as well - there was barely any room to store our luggage. Also, one outlet did not work at all, so we only had one place to charge up our electronics. That all said, the breakfast was fine, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Near hotel, not have parking, they must take out in description free parking, near hotel all the time all street occupied. At room, do not have moscit nets, air condition almost not working( filter fully dirty and stuck filter). Only personal is good and breakfast. Not recommend this jotel.
