APARTAMENTOS DE PARTICULARES PRIVADOS!! OJO!!

Para empezar, el día de antes de llegar a destino nos mandan los datos de la ubicación (obviamente no tiene sentido entrar al link ya que se da por supuesto que es la dirección correcta) y el código de acceso. Cuando llegamos a Riyadh y buscamos Uber, nos damos cuenta de que es otro apartamento. Tras mucho discutir, llamadas telefónica que nos cuelgan en la cara, nos vamos al nuevo apartamento. por lo visto estos apartamentos son de personas privadas que pueden cancelar la reserva si les da la gana, con anterioridad. No te avisan y te mandan a otro que tengan libre...Uno de 3 habitaciones para 6 personas. El apartamento está bien y es amplio pero !ojo! Tiene solo 3 juegos de toallas y si quieres más, pagar unos 17€. La excusa es que tiene 3 habitaciones y por tanto 3 juegos de toallas aunque sea para 6 personas..... Totalmente absurdo y ridículo. Además de esta odisea (que ya no me pillan más) intento hablar con alguien de hoteles.com e imposible!!! Nadie me contesta ni al chat ni desde la web ni desde nada. Así que CERO para esta cadena de apartamentos, que ya digo, no son suyos, son intermediarios de gente particular y CERO para hoteles.com que a fecha de hoy, hemos vuelto y no han si quiera contestado
