I stayed for three nights with two kids. The staff are next-level humble and accommodating. A level of hospitality that is unmatched. I highly recommend Novotel Sahafa to any family. The reception was incredibly accommodating when I forgot my passport at the airport and it is hugely appreciated. Thank you all very much for the wonderful hospitality and your generosity

Room was clean, only issue was with frigde that was not working. They replaced immediately but new one also not working. AC system I think still needs some improvement as it cannot refresh the air inside the room. Apart from that overall hotel was clean, new and staff were friendly.

I booked this hotel to use the pool for exercise as shown on the site. I was told it’s for men only. With the current 2030 vision towards global tourism, this was incredibly disappointing! As an American woman dedicated to building long term business within KSA I will say that even with my deep cultural understanding and appreciation this will not attract tourists from America. Even the staff said they were disappointed in the ownership remaining under strict segregation rules while the rest of Riyadh is transitioning in the direction and wishes of His Royal Highness. Bottom line, if you’re a woman visiting Riyadh, this hotel should be a hard no!

The hotel is new and very good. Staff are hospitable and trying so hard. It was super crowded all the time which made breakfast a very difficult experience at 6:30, 7:30 and 8:30 It seemed like it’s always busy, the lobby was always busy as well and very noisy. The place around the hotel is full of construction sites and high makes the walkability almost impossible. It the weekend thing got a lot more quieter and the staff were like completely different people with less people to handle.

Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besser geht es nicht. Es war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung ist neu und modern. Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer. Trotz vieler Baustellen in der Umgebung, war es nicht sehr laut im Zimmer. Der Standort des Hotels ist gut. Ohne Mietwagen oder Uber kommt man sowieso nicht zurecht in Riyadh. Allerdings gibt es in der Nähe des Hotels eine Bahnstation, sodass man diese doch einige Male sinnvoll nutzen kann. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und hat viel Auswahl geboten. Wenn ich einen kleinen Minuspunkt geben müsste, dann nur weil am letzten Tag vergessen wurde das Zimmer zu reinigen. Ich vermute da ist etwas schief gegangen.
