Staff was nice and responsive Room was very dusty, windows were hard to close once open, shower was hard to use, no constant hot water. But the hotel is downtown so that’s good. Honestly wouldn’t stay there again.

There was no cafeteria at the hotel hence you cannot order tea or a coffee for yourself or for your guests. There were ants in the apartment even in the bathroom which was quite upsetting. The shower was not working properly.
