I have several long stays in HI- Meydaan. The staff and the location of the hotel is really really good. The staff really takes good care for its patrons which makes you return. The hotel rooms are also decently sized with good maintenance. It also has a nice gym and health club on the reception level.
Booked a 7 nights stay in Holiday Inm Meydan. The Hotel is centrally located near King Fahed Road and Olaya. Check In was fast and efficient. Had booked a standard room and got upgraded to suite (IHG Spire Elite). Room was well appointed, spacious, full amenities. Big toilet with seperate bath tub and shower. Housekeeping was good. Overall facility was great. Highly recommended.

The dining area is well laid out and food quality and quanity top class I will be here 3 weeks so expect the experience to continue to be top quality The staff hve been extremely helpful with a very pleasant manner.
Good Hotel, I stay more than 2 weeks, It is comfortable , the bathroom glass door very good, tea coffee , polite employee , nice location, very good price, very small pool , The restaurant is nice and big but the food every is similar , the manager of restaurant is sticky and not welcoming
I am a regular user of this hotel location. After making it to the Platinum level, I was offered an upgrade automatically at check in during my last stay. The upgraded room was very comfortable and allowed me to host a small business meeting in the suite itself. Our company also uses the conference rooms regularly to conduct professional training. Their staff are quite helpful and prompt with arranging the required support material to run the courses. They have a convenient 24/7 business center. I find their location to be convenient. There are several small shops and eating options in the vicinity if you are looking for an excuse to take a walk. Their breakfast offerings are pretty good. Not phenomenal, but pretty good. Their lunch servings are also good.
Good hotel, the rooms on the 8th floor are quite big. We booked two rooms, and we got the presidential suite for the same price. The rooms very clean and tidy. However, I booked online for 2 adults and one child twice, and again, in the rooms there is only one king bed. Luckily we came only with 4 but I wonder how they would have put us up had we shown up with the number of people I booked for. The breakfast is nice, shame I dis not see the pancakes.
I have stayed in the Holiday Inn Meydan several times. The Check in Staff are very polite and welcoming. The buffet section, with a great selection, has a family section where I met my male colleagues for dinner. Rooms are beautiful and modern. Hotel is also very accommodating if you need a late afternoon checkout or early check in. This is essentially a hotel for people on business trips. Highly recommended.
it was a good experience overall. staff is extremely helpful and duty manager at my check in was very professional in making arrangements for my reservation. breakfast have alot to choose from. easy access location of the hotel makes it attractive
I arrived very late to the hotel, heard already the hotel was full. The first night they put me in a room which repeatedly described as "small room" on the top floor. It was clearly a staff/or over flow room, standard layout but with a second bathroom sized section taken out as a laundry store, and the remainder bisected by a concrete column. ...but for subsequent nights they upgraded me to a diplomatic suite, which was very good. Large room, with a spacious seating/meeting area and plenty of desk space, shower and bathtub with hydrojet. Even a small 'executive lounge' with an elderly PC, and a coffee machine. The upgrade was great, but it was lucky I was not working the following day or it would have been inconvenient to have to move rooms midday. Food in the atrium was quite good, a well stocked buffet, but very expensive. Equally, the good but expensive airport pickup. Suggest you use Uber which is better value in Riyadh at the moment. The locale of the hotel is fairly uninspiring, and basically a building site at the moment, taxis could not find their way in easily, and so quite often I got picked up on the main road.
Very well located pretty much near every thing, the only issue is that the cabs find difficulty to retrieve its entrance because of the constructions. Nice breakfast, helpful staff, the service is overall good.
