All in all, a very solid luxury hotel. Good points: - Rooms are large, with good views over the city - Rooms and public areas are generally in great condition - Free services are good - e.g., complimentary overnight shoe-shine - Location is good, with a range of restaurants in the hotel and the adjoined shopping mall Bad points: - Avoid the 48th floor. I had a couple of problems with the hot water that they really struggled to fix. To me, this is a very basic requirement of ANY hotel, let alone something at this price point. it seems to be a localised issue on this floor - Sometimes the traffic around the Kingdom Centre (especially around 10-11pm) can be terrible, taking ages to get in or out of the hotel

We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and stayed for a night with our little kid. When we got to our room, it was beyond my expectation. There were balloons, flowers, cake, non-alcoholic beverage, fruit basket and a crib for our baby too. Every detail I requested was done. All the staff were very friendly - from the valet, to the receptionist, the housekeeper and the waiter. It was Ramadan at that time, so the hotel restaurants weren't open for breakfast. They set up a quaint breakfast station at one of the floors. The whole experience was truly memorable.

Room is good Location is great Best location Riyadh is on of the biggest city in the world. Must visit Kingdom Tower in the Evening to see actual view of Riyadh Riyadh city is well planned and well managed road

Honestly being a frequent visitor to Riyadh and this is my first time at four seasons hotel Riyadh, I have to admit that the 2 nights business stay was extraordinary. The stuff was amazing especially Mr.Motasem at the front disk who acted super fast when I complained from the AC in which he upgraded me for free to a bigger wonderful suite with a perfectly working AC. He kept saying that your satisfaction is our major aim, so many thanks to Mr.Motasem. I shouldn't forget the lovely Mrs. Maryam at the house keeping who was always smiling and very cooperative, when she figured out that my suite has an AC issue she called the engineer and Mr.Motasem to inform them in a minutes. Finally Mr.Sympol ( the AC engineer) who worked really hard trying to find a solutions in fixing the AC plus he was honest in his explanation about the problem, and he reported to Mr. Motasem about the difficulty in fixing the problem immediately with in the same day. The security mens at the entrance were very friendly. The inroom dining food amount was huge and very delicious. The breakfast Buffet was very variable with all types of tasty food. Iam amazed by such a wonderful treatment and guest services. Thank you again and again four seasons Riyadh hotel. This will be my one and only hotel when I visit Riyadh city again in deed.

A high quality staff made this stay wonderful. The staff were helpful in all areas. I had asked for directions to shopping and was escorted to the exact stores that I wanted. My stay was short as it was a business trip that had specific agenda and not a lot of free time. The staff made sure that I was taken care of.

Best location , there's a huge mall inside the hotel and restaurants and Starbucks , but it's not includes the breakfast, if you want a buffet you gonna pay 180 Riyal ( 45$) per person , the spa just for the males , i ordered American breakfast in the room with 140 Riyal ( 35 $ ) , it was okay The check out at 1 pm but i chose late check out at 6 pm as a half night We were 3 adults, we took a superior room 1020 Riyal and we take an extra bed for 75 Riyal for per night. There's a fruit in the room free and tea + coffee but there wasn't a napkins in the room or water . It's a quiet hotel so so comfortable , they help us in the luggage.

Beautiful hotel one the best in the city, friendly staff amazing room space and view, relaxed and good vibes , city wise not really much to do , smoke shisha is outside the city but over all hotel one of the nest

I travel a lot throughout the Middle East and had many preconceptions when it came down to my business trip to Riyadh. But in all honesty, this hotel made my trip worthwhile. I would have almost extended my trip if I didn't need to fly out. Such a beautiful hotel and I got the kind of accommodation and service worthy of a queen on an exclusive floor dedicated to women and
