We stayed here multiple time for our business trips; in both cases we had a group of 9 to 10 people checked in. The hotel is excellent but the management is treating it like a dirt...for instance the elevator system failed on both of our trips. Especially in last week's trip, 5 out of six elevators were not working. When I asked the reception, what kind of emergency evacuation plans you have since the elevators are not working, and in case of emergency people above 10th floor could be trapped; they had no clue. It took me more than 15 minutes to come down from 4th floor to the lobby. Even the service elevators had long wait time. Another issue which I noted is that the hotel which apparently is a sheraton brand (shocking) controls the thermostats. all the thermostats are dysfunctional, and you have to call reception if you would like to change the temperature. Some technician would show up with the ladder, and he will fix the thermostat manually; I beg the Manager of this hotel to please stop treating this wonderful property like shack and get down to five star hotel styled business operations. I mean really; why would you switch of the water heaters. In my both trips to this hotel, we had to call the reception so they could switch on the water heaters - again a technician with ladder shows up at your door and fixes the water heater. This is absolutely not acceptable behavior. This hotel had potential to become a seven star hotel due to its grand architecture; but the management is treating it like dirt an it is very sad - Sheraton must do something about this.

Barring few , hotel staff is not cooperative and the service are not overwhelming for the price you pay here. Kitchen doesn’t many options for vegans. It is not even close to SPG measure across the world. Sad to say that it genuinely needs improvement.

First time I stayed at four points by Sheraton in Riyadh the capital of Saudi Arabia, I arrived late at night yet the service was short and sweet, the room was a classic set up, I couldn't fi d the room service menu I had to contact reception to request it. The food was OK the service provided was an all in all 7 out of 10 Would visit them again

I have a first hand experience with the property as my company deals with them on corporate basis almost every week. Excellent service, whether on the property or communication via email and phone. The Nakheel Restaurant has an excellent variety of dishes all round. This is our company staff's choice of hotel for stay and events even though we have agreements with other hotels. Would sincerely like to appreciate efforts of Mr. Mohd. Mansoor Ali (Asst Sales Manager) and Mr. Debendra Kapali (Reservation Agent) for honoring their services each and every time. Excellent location if you are visiting Riyadh and have business or sightseeing planned in the heart of the city. You can bargain all day at the markets and visit historical sites which are a stone's throw away. All the ministries aren't far away either. Note: I have visited twice during BBQ night and ordered the platter from the live counter. Was disappointed both times as the platter had kebabs only, while some other diners received more assorted meats.

Used the Corbone special to eat at the restaurant. First the Seafood buffet then secondly the Barbecue buffet. Food is not outstanding,but also not bad. there is a variety,but not something that will make me go back.The ambiance is outstanding.The service by the staff excellent .

Four Points by Sheraton Hotel Riyadh is a great place to stay. The stay becomes even more comfortable if the service being provided by the staff is extra-ordinary. I write to share my great sense of satisfaction by the great service I always receive from the Housekeeping supervisor Mr. Mohammad Ziauddin, He always strives his give his best to what he is doing. He is truly a valuable addition to the Hotel's team.

Despite the bad and old location as well as too classic hotel, It was one of my worst hotel experiences in terms of breakfast quality and related arrangements. I don't advise to include a breakfast once booking a room. Their chiefs are not professional in cooking, their breakfasting variety is so poor, their quality of presenting dishes is not attractive at all.

Finding good hotels at decent price in Riyadh is very hard. The 4 points is a good option, the hotel is pretty decent, rooms are good. Things that they need really to improve is the ambiance of the restaurant, cold and very dark place, that it really doesn't invite you to stay, and the quality of the wifi. Also the entire building on the outside has seen better days, seems like a building of the soviet area, with a pool that not even a chance you will step in. In addition you can hear your neighbor very easy if he/she speaks over the phone louder or if he/she has the tv on. The main drawback is the location, as is far and in an area with lot of traffic, so have that in mind if you are booking. Having said that is still a good price quality giving Saudi hospitality standards.

Stayed there for a business trip. Rooms ok, gym is sort of average. Breakfast room is dark, no daylight gets in and what's offered to guests isn't fantastic and can be qualified as basic. Bakeries are often dry too Situation wise it is far from the centre and if you need to get there, you take some of the busiest corridors .. Finally, wifi is a nightmare, poor coverage, drops every 15mins, and super super slow. And that was true every day of my stay, on all my devices.

The check in was quick and i was upgraded as i was a SPG gold member. The hotel did not had much occupancy and they gave me late checkout. The staffs were nice. The hotel is in a place near to batha which is crowded with people. Rooms were clean and quite spacious. Breakfast spread was not that great and limited compared to other 5 star hotels in the region.The wifi internet is free and speed is ok. Taxis are available right in front of the hotel. Starbucks coffee shop is there in the lounge. Everything was fine with my stay but i had a bitter experience while having lunch in the restaurant with my colleagues who also stayed in the same hotel. They were vegetarians and ordered vegetable biriyani. The dish was served but after finishing it almost we got to see a chicken piece in it. We called the waiter and showed it to him and he apologised for it. He also informed Giri who came and extended his apologies. For a 5 star chain part of SPG this is not acceptable and it shows there is some lethargic attitude in F&B department. I can understand it could be a mistake but it spoilt the mood and the lunch. I would have rated them 4/5 had it not been the case.
