During Eid Fitr, this was a very quiet place with few customers. Staff were very nice with some English communication issues. With an extra fee, we booked a deluxe room but after checking into room 606, the phone didn’t work, the hot water kettle power plug couldn’t be plugged into the socket on the wall because of the location of the socket is mounted too close to the table surface. We informed the above to the front desk, we were immediately given another room, no 710, a much better one with excellent views of the Olaya street.

Clean room and quick check in service. There is no warry about extend 2 more nights online. Very convinient.

Breakfast is the worst. I came around 10 a.m. and most of the food are gone. Noone from the staff try to refill it or asked me if i want something. I asked for Omelette and they serve it Greasy and over cooked. Its almost brown, let's say burned. The pillow is not comfortable even when I asked for new pillow, they gave me the same one. I got smoking room and I did not ask for it. Gym is the worst. They put all the machine in the corridor. There is no privacy. Most of the staff did not understand English Language and they got nervous when you asked them for anything. The only thing I like about the hotel the decent price and the location. For me I will never ever stay there in the future and I will not recommend it for anyone. Don't get excited when you see the pictures. The reality of the hotel will shocked you.

No keycard at checkin. No toilet paper. Running toilet kept me awake at night, worst breakfast ever, food that should be cold is warm, food that should be warm is cold etc etc etc
