Complaint Letter - Elaf Qinwan Hotel Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Unprofessional and Disrespectful Treatment at )ناونق فاليإ قدنف( Elaf Qinwan Hotel Dear Elaf Qinwan Hotel Management, I am writing to formally express my deep frustration and disappointment with the experience my family and I had during our recent stay at your hotel. After traveling a long distance with my wife, son, and brother-in-law, we arrived at your hotel exhausted and expecting basic courtesy and professionalism. Instead, we were met with hostility and unacceptable behavior from your front desk staff. The woman handling check-in was extremely rude, gave us unpleasant and dismissive looks, and made us wait for over 30 minutes without any explanation or apology. When I attempted to raise this issue with a manager who was walking by, he asked me where I was from. After I answered, he simply proceeded to check me in and ignored everything I said about the staff member’s behavior. Shockingly, the manager then said to me: “I’m the manager here, and I can tell you to get your money back and get up out of here.” This statement is deeply unprofessional, offensive, and disrespectful — especially coming from someone in a leadership position. Great for a business trip

Perfectly fine hotel and excellent value: very good breakfast, good gym with new and functional equipment, clean premises, very comfortable bed. Kingdom Centre is only a few minutes’ walk away. Staff are friendly and helpful. In the US, hotels with “Comfort” in the name are usually not especially great. Don’t let the name fool you, this one is several notches better.

A Fantastic Stay – Exceeded Expectations! This hotel truly exceeded my expectations for a three-star stay! While the nightly rate is on the higher side, the exceptional service makes it absolutely worth it. Check-in was incredibly fast and seamless, setting the stage for a great experience. Our room was spacious enough to accommodate two queen beds comfortably, making it perfect for our group of four. Everything was spotless, from the room to the bathroom, with every detail thoughtfully provided. Breakfast was outstanding, offering everything you could possibly want to start the day! A special shoutout to Emon for his warm hospitality—he took great care of my kids and even surprised them with some candies. And Abdullah, who made the best omelets, was equally fantastic! The highlight of our stay was the thoughtful birthday surprise—a delicious cheesecake, a fruit plate, and a box of chocolates delivered to my room. Now that’s what I call top-notch hospitality! Add to that they had no issue at all with a a late check in and a late check out! A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We’ll definitely be back!
