The outside garden view seating is very peaceful; shared kitchen has everything one could need and is a nice social space. The muffin for breakfast might be the best I have ever tasted and farm fresh eggs are a major bonus.

Great place to stay, reasonably priced and in a great location for accessing Abel Tasman Park and all the things you can do there plus the towns of Motueka (5 minutes), Mapua etc. As for the lodge, we really enjoyed the communal feel and chatting with people from all over the world. The breakfast was excellent and included their own eggs, fruit, and freshly made scones and muffins.

Excellent location to explore the region. Friendly people are running their lodge with nice rooms, good beds and shower. Breakfast included with own products and also means to make your own meal in the evening, incl a BBQ. Sitting on the deck in the afternoon enjoying the scenery is also a fine way too end a day.

Barbara was a wonderful host. This lovely stay far exceeded my expectations. 10/10 for everything. Bed was so comfortable, room was delightful. The shared facilities were amazing. The kitchen was the best shared kitchen we've had so far during our 3 weeks of travel. The breakfast that was included was delicious. Thankyou so much for a delightful stay, I only wish i had more time there.
