The main house features 3 bedrooms/ 2 full bathrooms. A 55" smart TV in the master bedroom. 32" TV on bedroom #2.

The kitchen features a gas stove, microwave, oven, and a spacious double door stainless steel refrigerator, and a Keurig coffee maker. In addition, there is a bar with two stools where you can sit and relax and enjoy your favorite drink. There's a large dining table where you'll be able to enjoy your meals or play a hand of cards.

In the living room you'll be able to sit and relax on the cozy powered recliners from where you can enjoy the 65" smart tv loaded with apps like Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, HBO Max, and more. Simply enter your login account for any of those apps and you'll be good to go. You'll have access to high speed internet (500 Mbps) throughout the house.

Central A/C and heater with a thermostat that is easy to operate.

A dedicated work space with a desk and one 27" computer monitor. Simply connect the monitor to your laptop and you'll ready to go.

Access to the backyard with a dedicated deck that features a siting area. The backyard is well lit with hanging string lights operated by a remote control.

The Check in process is easy and stress free. I'll provide you with the full address, Wi-Fi pw, access code, etc. a day before check-in.

There's also an ADU/Guest House in the backyard that provides the fourth bedroom and full bathroom with a gorgeous shower. You can also enjoy a 55 inch smart tv to watch your favorite shows.

There are security cameras on the front and back. There are no cameras inside the house. No smoking inside the house. No parties are allowed, and no pets please.
