The space
When you first get in to the house, you will first entering into a spacious amazing dining table and connected to living room perfect for the whole family to hang out and enjoy TV 65''. Both the living room and kitchen has sliding doors going to the backyard with the beautiful garden view. Kitchen has formal dining table for 10 persons . Outside the backyard has a grill.

You have access to the whole house except the linen closet

Other things to note
- The couch in the living room can sleep an extra person
- We have weekly pool service on thursday
- We are not refilling gas BBQ grill so you would have to bring the empty tank to Home Depot or Walmart to exchange due to our house keeper no longer doing this.
-Indoor fireplace is not available for use.
-There is a fee to heat up the pool and jacuzzi and please note that we provide the instructions to heat it up upon guest's arrival.

IMPORTANT: POOL
1. If the pool is used and you take out the vacuum, you must put it back in when done using the pool. The Vacuum is what keeps walls and floor clean of bacteria.
2. Intake line “hose” must be disconnected before it is taken out of pool. Otherwise it sucks air and will ruin pump.
3. Do not remove the tablet dispenser from pool. Can’t keep the pool clean without that equipment running.

PLEASE NOTE:

We have exterior cameras in front of the house and at the backyard (pool area) for security and insurance purposes. These cameras will be on 24/7 for security purposes. Guest must acknowledge this before booking.

Please note that the floor of bathroom downstairs looks like it’s dirty but it’s not due to the pattern and wear and tear

For any stay longer than 30 days, there is a utilities cap of $500.
The cap applies to water, electricity, and gas.
Trash, Wi-Fi, lawn care, and pool service are included.
If your usage exceeds the utilities cap, you will be responsible for the excess.
