Nicola's Perfect Place, a charming studio with AC in fabulous Banning CA

Mansion in the hills is the way our granddaughter describes the house. It's a corner lot on a quiet street with excellent neighbors. We even have police officers who live nearby, so everyone has a sense of security. Our house is two stories and the guest house is attached but separate with its separate entry on the front with a shared front gated patio.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a coffee maker, and a safe. Change of towels is available on request.
