Die Wohnung ist einfach super für Familien die eine ruhige Zeit am Wasser verbringen wollen. Der private Zugang zum See und der Indoor Pool an regnerischen Tagen sind perfekt. Darüber hinaus ist die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet und auch super sauber. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Perfekt Stay
The accommodation is very well equipped and boasts a perfect location right on the lakeshore. The apartment has a great terrace with a garden plot in front of it. If you cross a road with almost no traffic, you reach a private lake access with its own jetty from which you can swim in the lake.
Shopping facilities are within walking distance or within 3 minutes by car.
Very nice opportunity to relax!!! More than recommendable.

Contatto con la natura
La casa si sviluppa su due piani (pian terreno con cucina e salotto oltre bagnetto e piano superiore con bagno e due camere da letto una con poca luce), arredata in modo pulito e modesto ma adeguato al contesto. Dotata di quanto necessario permette un soggiorno con vista in riva al lago molto bella. L’agenzia che si occupa della gestione clienti in modo molto scorretto non ci ha informato che la zona piscina non era accessibile e la casa viene venduta espressamente con servizi aggiuntivi di piscina condominiale, zona fitness, sauna e Ping pong, tutti servizi risultati fuori uso da tempo e non accessibili. In merito a questo sono molto scorrette le comunicazioni dei template perché esplicitano chiaramente che i clienti se interessati devono provvedere a portare i teli da bagno/piscina in quando non forniti nella biancheria da casa. Ho visto solo dopo che anche il cliente prima di me non era stato avvisato del mancato funzionamento di tutti questi servizi, il che rende la mia lamentela ancora più realisticamente veritiera.
Inoltre in casa vi è un televisore che tuttavia non è funzionante (non prende alcun canale) e il team locale è informato anche di questo, ma non ne dà notizia al cliente quando effettua la prenotazione.
Purtroppo questi sono comportamenti molto scorretti e vanno segnalati. Ciò non toglie che la casa merita per chi vuole fare una vacanza alla totale insegna della natura. La casa esita in un bel giardino esterno che non è, però, ad uso esclusivo dell’abitazione. È in condivisione con i due appartamenti confinanti (anche questo non è segnalato nella descrizione) e permette l’accesso ad una zona esterna condominiale dove è possibile cucinare alla griglia in riva al lago.
Dotata di parcheggio sotterraneo richiede lo spostamento con l’auto per raggiungere qualunque luogo. Non vi sono servizi in zona di alcun tipo. Men che meno ristoranti come invece pubblicizzato nella scheda.
Se avessi avuto tutte le informazioni correttamente non avrei prenotato, considerando che ero da sola con i miei bambini e che loro volevano giocare e andare in piscina oltre che uscire per mangiare qualche volta fuori.
Mi è stato offerto il rimborso di una notte per i disagi che ho segnalato. Resta che alcune informazioni in descrizione e quelle fornite al cliente sono approssimative e non corrette. Pertanto il rapporto prezzo servizi non è vantaggioso in queste condizioni. Pur restando la casa collocata in un luogo molto apprezzabile.

Abbiamo passato un piacevole weekend, utilizzando anche l’area barbecue che è situata in riva al lago. L’unica pecca è stata la manutenzione non segnalata della piscina condominiale. In generale tutto bello e pulito.

Super Lage zu einem günstigen Preis
Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und man hat eine herrliche Aussicht auf den See. Sie ist gut eingerichtet. Das Städtchen hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

Geweldige locatie
De locatie direct aan het meer is de grote troef van deze woning. Vanuit je terras/ tuin steek je de rustige straat over naar de gemeenschappelijke tuin aan de waterkant. De kinderen hebben zich eindeloos vermaakt met van de steiger springen en met de rubberboot varen. Het water was in augustus heerlijk. Het water in het zwembadje binnen was erg koud. Het dorpje met restaurants, een kleine supermarkt, het treinstation en de opstapplaats voor de veerboot zijn op loopafstand.
De woning is van binnen behoorlijk gedateerd, maar wel comfortabel. De bank in de woonkamer en de bedden zijn fijn. Wel erg platte, harde hoofdkussens. De keuken is van alles voorzien, maar wel piepklein. De badkamer is echt versleten, zo’n 50 jaar oud. De auto kon in de parkeergarage. Het appartementsgebouw is vrij gehorig, daar moet je wel tegen kunnen of geluk hebben met je buren (dat hadden wij een paar avonden niet).
Leuk: we konden heerlijke vijgen uit de boom naast ons terras plukken.
Kortom een geweldige plek als je direct aan het meer wilt zitten met alles bij de hand , en als je het interieur en de gehorigheid voor lief wilt nemen.

L`appartamento ben posizionato. Bella vista, giardino pratico e intimo.
La struttura dell`appartamento ampio. L`arredamento fa desiderare, moquette e tende da eliminiare! Cucina e utensili da lavare e sostituire.
