To be able to admire the contrast between the majesty of the surrounding peaks and the calm of the waters, to enjoy the medieval historic center and the services of Riva di Solto, to be able to reach Montisola, the third best European destination of 2019 and the largest lake in the center and south Europe, fills with Beauty every day of your holidays on Lake Iseo.
The 70 sq.mt three-room apartment with independent heating has a large living room with striking LED lighting and wooden parquet flooring, a very modern kitchen with gas burners, a microwave and an electric oven, an American coffee machine with a kettle, a three-seater linear sofa and Ultra flat TV. The property is completed by two equipped bedrooms and a bathroom with a sliding floor shower. The second bedroom overlooks the ancient internal courtyard, the master bedroom faces the lake frontally, connected to the living room by the equipped terrace.
The inner courtyard hosts a storage for motorcycles and bicycles and the old cellar of the past, the garden in season is surrounded by different species of colorful flowers; a large tree is the safest landing place under which to shelter to enjoy the maximum relaxation overlooking the lake.
