Founded in 1360 as a paper mill, then for centuries mansion of aristocracy, it is today an elegant residence.

The villa now offers 7 apartments, all different from one another, partly furnished with antiques and equipped with every modern comfort.

Villa Angelica is surrounded by a wonderfull park of 5 hectares with swimmingpool and sauna and is located only 900 m from the centre of one of the most romantic towns of Lake Garda: Riva.

We are pleased to welcome you to this luxurious apartment of 140sq. meters.

It occupies the first floor of the right wing of the villa and accommodates 2 to 6 people.

On one side, it overlooks the villa’s courtyard and fountain, on the opposite side, it faces the mountains and looks down on the nearby stream.

It features two large bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and large windows throughout, from where to enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains and the villa.

The fully fitted kitchen with marble flooring, the spacious living room with recently discovered original frescos (ca.1650) and the antique furnishing make this the perfect home for those who love everything that is classic and romantic.

Villa Angelica

Nüchtern nach den Tipps zur Ferienhausbewertung geschrieben: sehr sauber, sehr gepflegt, wir fühlten uns sehr gut betreut und würden dieses Feriendomizil jederzeit unseren Freunden weiterempfehlen. Auch Mountainbiker und Radfahrer sind herzlich willkommen. Mit unseren eigenen Worten: Wir hatten zum wiederholten Mal einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Villa Angelica. Wir wurden auch dieses Jahr wieder herzlich aufgenommen, hatten eine schöne Zeit und würden gerne wiederkommen. Das Haus, der Park, die Menschen darin... einfach zum Wohlfühlen!

Entspannung pur

Wir haben die Villa Angelica bereits zwei Mal besucht. Das erste Mal wohnten wir im Juni 2008 im hübschen Appartement Rafael, im September dieses Jahres genossen wir das großzügige Appartement San Cassiano mit seinen historischen Wandmalereien. Beide Male wurden wir schon bei der Ankunft mit offenen Armen empfangen und haben uns sofort rundum Wohl gefühlt. Die liebevoll gepflegte Gartenanlage gleicht einem Park und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Jedes Appartement wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und Signora Angelica erzählt gerne aus der historischen Geschichte des Hauses und seiner ehemaligen Besitzer. Auch die Ausflugs- und Restauranttips trafen voll unseren Geschmack. Die Villa ist ruhig am Fuße eines Berges gelegen, trotzdem erreicht man in nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß das Zentrum von Riva. Wir unternahmen diverse Mountainbike Touren und genossen sehr die umliegende Bergwelt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder einmal in der Villa zu Gast sein.

Wunderbare Tage in der Villa Angelica

In der Villa Angelica (San Cassiano) haben wir wunderbare Tage verleben dürfen. Die Villa und der Park sind beeindruckend schön. Man kann nur erahnen, wieviel Arbeit, Mühe und Liebe unsere Gastgeberin in die individuelle Gestaltung der Räumlichkeiten gelegt hat. Wir sind mit Herzlichkeit und großartiger Gastlichkeit empfangen und betreut worden. Eine gelungene Komposition aus individueller Erholung in sauberem, stilvollem Ambiente und einer vertrauensvollen, glaubwürdigen und sehr liebenswerten Gastgeberin. Kurzum: Ein rundum schöner Urlaub. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir haben traumhafte 2 Wochen in der Villa Angelica verbracht und uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind reizend und haben uns mit offenen Armen in ihrem Zuhause empfangen. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Das Rauschen des Flusses neben dem Haus war so laut, das wir nicht schlafen konnten. Nach der zweiten Nacht sind wir ausgezogen. Die Einrichtung, insbesondere die Betten waren ausgelutscht und alles passte überhaupt nicht zum Inhalt der Vermietungsanzeige. Da hilft auch nicht der Charme einer alten Villa um sich wohl zu fühlen.

Danke für die schöne Woche

Entspannung pur!! Angekommen und direkt zu Hause gefühlt. Unsere Wohnung war wunderbar, wir waren mit unseren 14 und 16 jährigen Kinder da - sie hatten ihr eigenes Reich. Der wunderschön angelegte Park mit dem Pool und alten Baumbeständen - einfach ein Traum!! Normalerweise gehen wir jedes Jahr in eine andere Unterkunft - ABER: wir haben direkt für 2017 wieder gebucht :)

Wieder ZUHAUSE

Wir waren im September 2015 (leider wieder nur) eine Woche in der Villa Angelica, diese Woche war - noch mehr als die im Jahr davor - unglaublich schön und das liegt nicht nur an der tollen Wohnung (San Cassiano)! Von Jahr zu Jahr lernt man mehr kennen, sieht mehr und schaut auch mehr auf Details der Landschaft, der Lebensweise, der kleinen Dörfer und Städte rund um den See... Und jeden Tag ist man glücklich wieder 'nach Hause' in die Villa zu kommen!!! Fragen Sie nicht warum - es fühlt sich ganz einfach so an !!! Der tolle Komfort, das Ambiente, der Garten, das komplette Anwesen - einfach himmlisch. Und vor allen Dingen die Menschlichkeit, die einem hier begegnet ist heutzutage kaum mehr irgendwo anders anzutreffen. So möchte man seine Freizeit, seinen Urlaub verbringen und genießen. Absolut empfehlenswert !!! Note 1+ (mit Sternchen) Wir kommen dieses Jahr (2016) wieder 'nach Hause' und zwar für zwei Wochen!!!! Danke für alles !!!

Eine tolle Woche

Miriam E. 35 Jahre/ Franz E. 65 Jahre / Elisabeth K. 55 Jahre Wir fahren seit Jahren schon an den Gardasee, Torbole,Malchesine,Riva,Limone. In den letzten Jahren mußten wir leider immer wieder feststellen, daß die Beschreibung mit den Unterkünften nicht viel gemeinsam hatten. DIESES MAL, WURDEN WIR NICHT ENTTÄUSCHT ! ! Wir waren mit drei Familien dort, jeder hatte seine eigene Wohnung. Die Wohnungen sind gut Ausgestattet,W-Lan,Fernseher, die Küchen hatten alles was man benötigte, von Kaffemaschine ,Wasserkocher u.s.w., dazu kam Bettzeug und Handtücher. Wir waren auch sehr überrascht das die Matratzen gut waren( glauben sie mir, wir haben da schon einiges mitgemacht vorher). Dazu kommt der tolle Park, wo man auch mal ein kleinen Sparziergang machen kann, alles ist rundherum abgeriegelt,gut wenn man kleine Kinder hat. Frau Signora Angelica ist sehr nett sowie auch die guten Seelen die eifrig mitwirken. Auch wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wieder kommen.TiPP: Gutes itl. essen (keineTouristenbude) sowie Bar oder Sehnswürdigkeiten fragen sie Signora Angelica es lohnt sich, auch wir haben gedacht man kennt in und um Riva alles, man wir überrascht sein. Urlaub für die Seele

Wir waren letzten Sommer bei Sinora Risatti-Glas Gäste und haben unseren Aufenthalt unglaublich genossen. Ein Anwesen wie es schöner nicht sein könnte, mit viel Seele und Charme. Eine Besitzerin, die Stil und Klasse mit Natürlichkeit und Wärme kombiniert. Sowohl für Paare / Familien jeden Alters (Kinder werden sehr herzlich behandelt) als auch Senioren unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen!!!
