Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende in dieser Unterkunft. Alles entsprach den Angaben. Der Check-in und die Vorabkommunikation war super nett und unkompliziert.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Die Mitbewohner sind freundlich und allgemein recht ruhig.
Die Altstadt erreicht man in wenigen Gehminuten, Spielplätze, Cafes, Supermarkt ist alles ums Eck.
Wirklich eine tolle Empfehlung!

Schöner Aufenthalt
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die 3 Räume sind gut aufgeteilt. Verdunkelung zum Schlafen war vollständig möglich. Trotz Grundschule gegenüber war es nicht zu laut. Bei der „Kaffeemaschine“ handelt es sich um einen Espressokocher. WLAN leider nur gegen Aufpreis. Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden. Check-In und Out war problemlos, Vermieter erkundigte sich per WhatsApp ob alles in Ordnung ist.

Very good appartment
Very clean and cosy appartment.
Very handy to have an private parking site.
No internet in appartment itself, but Thomas from Happy Holiday Homes has solution for it. Anyhow, perfect support provided by Thomas / Happy Holiday Homes with very good booking organization. Thanks !

Top-Lage in Riva, Oktober 2021
Sehr gut gelegene Wohnung für Familie mit max. 2 Kindern. PKW-Stellplatz inclusive, Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke, Altstadt von Riva und der See in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar! Optimal, das Auto kann man - außer für größerer Ausflüge - am Haus stehen lassen. Achtung: Internet für 5€ am Tag ist getrennt zu buchen. Vom Haus aus geht der Blick nach Norden auf die beeindruckenden Berge. Trotz der dierekt benachbarten Schule und der Straße nicht laut, wenn man die Fenster schliesst. Sehr gute, mitdenkende Betreuung vor Ort durch Pierre. Einzig die Küchenutensilien sind etwas spärlich, aber darum wird sich Pierre jetzt kümmern.
