Good Location, Poor AC & Drain

The space is good for 3 adults, friends. It was very good that it had a washing machine which we did use two times. The shower didn’t drain well, but the management were very responsive and showed up the next morning. It seems like a common problem. It was ongoing. We were there on some very warm days and the air conditioning didn’t cut it. I asked a few times a day for them to modify the temperature which said 22 on the thermostat. It was not 22 in the apartment.The location is ideal in Riva. Riva is a fabulous place to visit. You feel like you’re in the Alps on the lake.

Ein paar schöne Tage in der Altstadt von Riva

Das Apartment liegt mitten im Zentrum von Riva, Supermarkt, Restaurants, Bushaltestellen, Schiffanleger und Strand sind schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist im 1. Stock mit einer steilen Treppe. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer ist leider sehr dunkel, da es nur Licht durch einen kleinen Innenhof bekommt. Die Betten waren etwas weich. In jedem Zimmer ist ein großer Kleiderschrank.Die Wohnküche ist schön groß, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, man kann sich bestens selbst versorgen. Auch das Bad ist gut eingerichtet.Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur klappte gut.Leider war das Apartment bei unserer Ankunft nicht sehr gut gereinigt worden. Auch das Nachputzen am nächsten Tag war nicht sehr gründlich.Insgesamt würden das Apartment aber wieder buchen.

Klein aber Fein. Klimaanlage, modernes Bad, einfache moderne Einrichtung, Küche gut ausgestattet. Mitten in der Altstadt, direkt mitten im Geschehen. Eigener Parkplatz in Tiefgarage. Wir waren zufrieden 😁.
