Praiola Semi-Detached House by the Sea

A country road leads to a charming farmhouse overlooking its lemon grove: a private path descends directly to Praiola Beach, just 50 meters away. Casa Limone occupies a separate half of this farmhouse and features its own quiet terrace and splendid ocean views. Casa Limone consists of a kitchen with satellite TV, a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a dining table, a sofa bed, and a sea view, and a double bedroom (which can accommodate a double bed). Upstairs, there is a connecting room with a sofa bed and a double bedroom with a sea view. Both the bedroom and the living room open onto a large panoramic terrace equipped with a table, chairs, lounge chairs, and a barbecue. The interiors and exteriors of Casa Limone blend seamlessly thanks to the bright rooms and their connection to the terraces. Casa Limone is ideal for families or friends who want to relax by the sea and enjoy the Sicilian countryside, filled with lemon groves and other Mediterranean plants. Private, free, shaded parking for four cars.
THE WATER IS NOT DRINKABLE, but you’ll find an initial supply of 6 bottles of mineral water.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an electric kettle, and an ironing board.
