Guest’s enter the house through the front door and into the open plan sitting room/kitchen.
There is one ground floor king sized bedroom and ensuite.
The first floor has two bedrooms each with king sized beds and a bathroom with bath and shower.

Well located

Great little house. Central Masham with plenty of nice pubs to eat at. Clean and has comfortable beds.

We were three friends staying for the weekend the property was beautiful, which we really enjoyed . However we were very disappointed that there wasn’t a welcome pack not even milk in the fridge. It is located next to a public house which makes it noisy at times.
