We really enjoyed our stay at this is a very beautiful and charming old farm house. It was very spacious for our group of 5. Many modern renovations have been made to the inside, particularly on the first floor. The house is well stocked with many bathroom necessities and kitchen ware. The upstairs is a little older, but still very nice. The property is also beautiful. It is surrounded by acres of vineyard and woods behind that. We really enjoyed the solitude and being able to view beautiful stars in the evening as we sat around the fire pit. There are trains nearby, but we happen to like the sound of trains. The host is very responsive and very accommodating. The house sits right off the of the wine trail, so there are many good wineries to visit within a couple of miles. We took a 30 minute trip to Presque Isle on one day and traveled 1 1/2 hours to Niagra Falls on another. Great place for a family or group to spread out! We would definitely stay again.

It was perfect for our large family. We loved the porch and spent a lot of time there. We watched the storm roll in over the vineyard! The kitchen worked well for multiple people cooking too. We would definitely stay there again! Many wonderful memories were made!

If you like the country, private but close to major shopping this place is for you. We loved the location. The house was very spacious, nicely decorated and the bedrooms all good size. Downstairs bathroom very large with extra hair and makeup station making multiple people getting ready a breeze. Kitchen and dining areas large with updated appliances. Kitchen was well stocked but could use a few more large spoons for cooking. Coffee pot was great. Front load washer and dryer. Porch and outdoor swing . We didn’t get to make a fire due to the heat outside but we kept cool inside with the air conditioning. Defiantly would stay here again if in the area. We did need to contact the renter and the response time was much faster than me following up with my reply. If you have a large group this is the place for you.
