Open concept kitchen/living room with oversized windows for full views of the river from every space and a cozy fireplace. This property is particularly special because of how the deck is positioned over the river, along with bedroom views of the iconic Rio Vista bridge! Watch ships cruise up and down the Delta while enjoying stunning sunrises with a cup of coffee from the comfortable deck furniture or a cocktail in the hot tub during sunset. The new couch also folds into a queen memory foam mattress. In unit washer/dryer included. Close to downtown. Under a five minute drive from downtown restaurants and shops.
