Rosa dei Venti is located on the hill of San Felo to the border of Capo d'Arco park and has an amazing panorama overlooking the Gulf of Porto Azzurro.Due to the position the villa garuantee relax and privacy..The Villa is for exclusive use perfect also for a group of two families.
Villa Rosa dei Venti is 2 km from the beach of Reale , 3 km from Barbarossa beach and laghetto di terranera ( a little lake in Capo d'arco Park ),5 km from Porto Azzurro and 8 km from Capoliveri. The holiday house has more then 10 paths that starts directly from the villa and arrive in Porto Azzurro and Rio Marina .

The material used to build the Villa are those typical of Tuscan houses, with terracotta floors from Impruneta and ceilings with chestnut beams and joists. A simple and elegant style at the same time.
The main VIlla is Upstairs: 2 large double bedrooms and a room with two single beds and a small desk, a huge bathroom with two sinks and a bath and shower. All very bright rooms.
Downstairs a kitchen, a large living room with 2 sofas with veranda and patio and access to the fenced garden , our villa is perfect for a vacation with your dog.
A large private garden complitely fencedand equipped with wood-burning oven and barbecue, surrounds the holiday house, the avenue of pines and cypresses separates the property from the small country road that leads to the road to Porto Azzurro or Rio nell'Elba.
The house is completely independent and enjoys absolute privacy but is very close to beaches of Reale and Barbarossa where you can rent a canoa or a patino or a chair and umbrella.Close to the house there is also a pizzeria.
Our villa to rent in Elba is 5 km from Portoazzurro one of the most suggestive fishing villages on the island, with small typical restaurants, a characteristic small port overlooking the bay and a small market is set up with handicraft products.
We recommend aperitivo at the Curandero where they make the best mohito on the island!
Surroundings:
8km from Capoliveri, once a mining village, located on a green hill overlooking the sea, offering splendid views.
1km of garden with games for children.
5km from the Terra nera Lake, with curative sulphurous water and black sand with reflections of light from its mining nature, a real show.

Schönes Haus

Das Ferienhaus liegt auf einem Hanggrundstück und wird über einen Schotterweg angefahren. Das Haus war ordentlich und sauber. Ins 1. OG zu den schönen Schlafzimmern führt im Haus eine steile, enge Holztreppe (angenehmer läuft sich die Außentreppe). Das Meer ist nur vom 1. OG aus zu sehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren sehr gerne in dem Haus.

wunderschönes italienisches Landhaus

Ich war zusammen mit meinen beiden Töchtern für 1 Woche da. Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was es für einen komfortablen Urlaub braucht. Es gab einen netten Gästeempfang mit Obst und Kaltgetränken. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter und eine ausgezeichnete Betreuung vor Ort. Es gibt ein großes Grundstück mit mediteranem Flair um das Haus herum und eine "Toskanische Grillwand" mit Backofen für Pizza und Grillstelle. Klasse. War ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Besten Dank an Stefano und Alberto.

Villa im Grünen

Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsene, 2 kleinen Kindern und einem Hund für 10 Tage auf Elba. Über Email und Whatsapp hatte ich einen sehr netten Kontakt mit den Vermietern Ilari und Stefano. Das Haus ist genauso schön wie beschrieben. Es bietet viel Platz, sowohl innen als auch außen. Es ist wunderschön angelegt mit Feigen- und Olivenbäumen und mediterraner Vegetation. Aufpassen sollte man nur mit einem Auto, das wenig Bodenfreiheit besitzt, da der letzte Anstieg zum Haus sehr uneben ist. War für uns aber kein Problem. Man könnte auch unten parken. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Von dort aus kann man viele schöne Ausflüge, zum Baden oder Wandern, unternehmen. Das einzig nicht optimale war, dass nur zwei Liegestühle vorhanden waren...Trotzdem war es ein rundum schöner Urlaub. Ich kann das Haus nur empfehlen.

Schönes gepflegtes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage mit viel Platz

Wir waren zu dritt (zwei Erwachsene ein Kind) in dem Ferienhaus und haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns der große Außenbereich sowie die wirklich sehr ruhige Lage (auch wenn man hierfür die letzten paar hundert Meter zum Haus über eine holprige Schotterstraße zurücklegen muss, die für Autos mit wenig Bodenfreiheit möglicherweise schwierig ist). Sehr positiv war der Kontakt zu den Vermietern sowie zu Alberto, der vor Ort als Ansprechpartner verfügbar ist. Beide Parteien sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. Einige Ausstattungsmerkmale fehlten bei uns leider (Bügeleisen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine). Die Mikrowelle ist wohl kurz vorher kaputt gegangen - sowas kann natürlich passieren. Sollte man bestimmte Dinge dringend benötigen, wäre es sinnvoll vorher gezielt nachzufragen, das haben wir leider nicht gemacht. Aber letztlich kamen wir auch so zurecht und die Vermieter haben sich auch hier schnell gekümmert. Beim Empfang standen gekühlte Getränke sowie frisches Obst und Gemüse bereit, auch das war sehr freundlich. Man konnte wirklich rundherum die italienische Gastfreundschaft spüren.

Mooi huis op de heuvel bij PA

Een huis gelegen net buiten Porto Azzurro met een grote tuin en privacy. Het huis heeft een ruime veranda en ruimte om te zitten in de tuin. De kamers zijn groot en het huis is voorzien van alle benodigde functies. Badkamer is goed en keuken eenvoudig maar werkend. Helaas ontbreekt een westerse koffiezetter en is er geen waterkoker (moet met pannetje). De televisie is helaas gedateerd en klein. Dus bij slecht weer brengt dit minder vertier. Huis ligt rustig en op korte rijafstand van de supermarkt. Fijne vakantie gehad begin mei voor een week met drie opgroeiende kinderen.

Belle Maison au calme pour vacances reposantes

La maison de Stefano et Ilaria est située en retrait du village de Porto Azzuro et de la route. Elle procure un sentiment de calme et de sérénité dans un décor de carte postale. C'est un retour à la nature assuré. La vue depuis la terrasse de la chambre à l'étage permet de voir la mer le jour et toutes les constellations d'étoiles la nuit. Nous avons eu un souci avec le lave vaisselle le premier jour mais Stefano et Ilaria se sont empressés d'y remédier au plus vite. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos 3 jeunes garçons dans cette maison. Nous vous la recommandons.

Ottima sistemazione, casa accogliente, spaziosa, arredata con gusto in posizione tranquillq.

Siamo stati ospiti di Ilaria e Stefano la seconda settimana di luglio. La vacanza è stata gradevole anche grazie alla sistemazione in questa bella casa di campagna, lontana dai rumori e dal traffico, immersa nel verde della macchia mediterranea, con una splendida vista sul mare e con la possibilità, di notte, di ammirare un bellissimo cielo stellato. Nonostante il caldo di questi giorni, abbiamo goduto, soprattutto la sera, di una bella ventilazione che ci ha permesso di fare gradevolissime colaziomi e cene all'aperto. La casa è dotata di tutto il necessario che la rende comoda e confortevole. Punto di forza è sicuramente la posizione che permette, a pochi chilometri da tutti i servizi e dalle spiagge incantevoli dell'Elba, di avere pace, silenzio e tranquillità. Unico appunto che ci sentiamo di fare è sulla strada bianca di accesso alla casa che potrebbe essere più curata in modo da rendere più agevole raggiungerla. Wunderbares Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage und schöner Natur

Wir haben unseren zweiwöchigen Oster- Urlaub mit sechs Personen in dem wunderbaren Haus auf Elba verbracht. Am Ankunftstag wurden wir von Ilaria und Stefano, den netten und hilfsbereiten Vermietern, die gut englisch sprechen, sehr freundlich empfangen und anschließend wurde uns das saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus detailliert gezeigt und erläutert. In der Küche konnten wir uns über Getränke, Früchte und Gemüse freuen, die uns von Ilaria und Stefano geschenkt wurden. Wir verbrachten zwei wunderschöne Wochen bei herrlichem Wetter auf Elba, konnten draußen frühstücken und am Abend draußen grillen und auch ein Glas Rotwein genießen. Die Dachterrasse, welche mit vielen positiven Ideen zum Windschutz und zur Wärmespeicherung geplant wurde, war unser abendlicher Treffpunkt zum Zeitpunkt des Sonnenunterganges hinter den Anhöhen. Zu Fuß können nahe gelegene Wanderwege erreicht werden, mit dem Auto fährt man in wenigen Minuten zu schönen kleinen Hafenorten, in denen sich Restaurants und auch gut ausgestattete Supermärkte finden. Es gab gut gekennzeichnete und gepflegte Wanderwege und schöne Strände auf Elba, die Insel ist eine Reise wert. Dieses Ferienhaus auf Elba können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Villa mit Charme

wir waren zu 7 Personen Anfang September 2016 für eine Woche in der ruhig gelegenen Villa/Landhaus zwischen Rio Marina und Porto Azzuro. 3 Doppelzimmer, dazu in dem grösseren Zimmer ein Klappbett, ein Doppelzimmer hat Stockbetten. 2 Schlafzimmer haben Terasse. Alle Schlafzimmer sind im 1. Stock, dazu ein grosses schönes Bad mit WC,Dusche und Badewanne. Im Erdgeschoss grosses Wohnzimmer mit ausreichender Küche (gut ausgestattet) und kleinem WC mit Dusche. Überdachte Aussenterasse mit grossem Tisch, dazu Grill und extra Aussendusche. ausreichend Parkplätze. Zufahrt über Dirt road war kein Problem. Guter Ausgangspunkt, um den Ostteil der Insel zu erkunden. Nächster Supermarkt in Porto Azzuro 10 Min Autofahrt, weniger touristisch Rio Marina mit guten Restaurants. Die Besitzerin Ilaria war gut erreichbar, spricht gut englisch. Vor Ort kümmert sich ein Freund perfekt. Es gab keine Probleme, Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen, besser für 6 Pers, für 7 war es noch ok, mit dem Beistellbett wirds etwas eng. Frank
