NOT AS ADVERTISED

Extreme misleading and complete lack of communication. Photos are 20 years old. You are only renting a room, not the apartment. Apartment under construction, no pool. Property manager only knew of listing on another platform and did not know of this listing on VRBO. Owner only speaks French and lives in France, and will not engage. Required multiple escalations to VRBO support to cancel. Effectively ruined our planned new year's eve vacation.
