GENERAL INFORMATION

Your reservation is private, for the use of the entire accommodation. Guests are welcome within the confines of the accommodation and must always be identified in advance.

How does it work? Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, informing the desired date and time (the system requires time information), then we will issue and send it by email or WhatsApp!

The accommodation has all the features of a normal house, designed to serve you with comfort and security! The password or key to your door will be sent on the day of your arrival at 1PM. If you need anything different, please let us know as soon as possible, ok?

Our team works from Sunday to Sunday, from 8AM to 8PM to better serve you!

HOUSEKEEPING: Our housekeeper can help you with the cleaning during your stay, at a cost of R$120 for up to 4 hours of work. Please let us know 1 day in advance if you wish. Included: cleaning of rooms, bathroom, kitchen and making the beds with the same linens.

7 DAYS/WEEK: Our team works from 8AM to 8PM to help you, 7 days a week.

The apartment is whole, exclusively yours during booking, with 2 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 sofa, in the most fervent neighborhood of Rio, Copacabana! In addition, count on:

1) Wifi, TV, air-conditioned environments, many comfort features;

2) Full kitchen: coffee maker, sandwich maker, microwave and general kitchen items;

3) Full bathroom, hot water, with hygiene and cleaning items that for your day to day.

Not at all! Bed and bath linen, included, of course! In addition, we are very concerned with cleaning: clean and smelling environment.

Check-in is done remotely, the key of the accommodation will be delivered during chekin time from 2pm to 5pm, subject to local availability. On the day of your arrival, at 1pm, the system will send the instructions. It is important that you have Wi-fi to receive them, ok?

Guests need to be identified, for everyone’s safety, so when 2 days are missing for their arrival, we will reinforce the photo request of the documents. Don’t worry, your data will be protected in light of the LGPD. You can park and bring your things! Guests are welcome! We have housekeeper who can work in the cleanliness during your stay, keeping the house always tidy, at an affordable cost, let us know if you want or need!
