Trata-se de um apartamento residencial adaptado para locações e não um hotel / flat (já estávamos cientes disso. Um agente é designado para fazer check-in / out. O grande diferencial é a vaga de garagem. De resto apenas uma tv na sala, quartos regulares, cama de casal em um deles e duas de solteiro no outro. Sofá-cama na sala. Ideal para quem vai em família ou grupos maiores. A localização é excelente. No coração do leblon em frente à estação de metrô.
