Excelente ubicacion. Departamento con espacio para 2 personas, no mas. habitacion principal con muchos ruidos de la calle. Cortinas muy translucidas que deja entrar la luz de la mañana a las 5.30 AM. Entran todos los olores de departamentos vecinos (como cigarrillo o comidas)

Lugar maravilhoso, localização perfeita , perto de tudo, principalmente das praias , sem palavras, fora a simpatia do ed , gente super boa , super recomendo o apartamento. Sobre a limpeza do lugar , só não gostei das cortina que tava super suja e machada , tirando isso o resto tava perfeito .

Positivos: excelente localização, próximo a farmácias, mercados , lanchonetes e restaurantes , o apartamento é agradável , a pessoa responsável pelo AP sempre disponível ,para comunicação e super atencioso. Negativos: o sofá-cama é bem duro e a limpeza deixou a desejar um pouco talheres sujos e areia no sofá-cama, mas nada que não se desse um jeito, porém quando se paga por um serviço de limpeza fica a desejar.
