Close to banks, pharmacies, supermarkets and next to the famous Garota de Ipanema and Vinicius Bossa Nova restaurants.
4-bedroom property with 100m2 divided into living room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms (2 suites, a reversible bedroom and a very small bedroom), toilet and laundry area.
The beautiful planned living room has a lowered plaster ceiling and LED lighting, comfortable leather sofa for 3 people, split air conditioning, armchair, rocking chair for relaxing and dining table for 6 people. Anti-noise windows and protective screens.
The first bedroom is reversible with the living room, making it a spacious and pleasant space. It has a double bed, SmartTV, wardrobe, split air conditioning and space for a laptop.
