Rustic and cozy house, with 7 bedrooms, 2 suites, 4 bathrooms, toilet, 3 rooms (Living, Dinner and TV, balcony and barbecue, official sand court for volleyball and beach tennis, lawn and golzinho (play 8), and small round vinyl pool. Located in Guaratiba (Island of Guaratiba), next to Recreio dos Bandeirantes, Prainha, Grumari, Selvagens Beaches and the famous Pedra do Telégrafo. An ecological paradise, embedded in a green area that is part of Pedra Branca State Park (Ilha de Guaratiba sector). If you like beaches, trails, bikes, horseback riding, volleyball, beach tennis, nature and lots of tranquility, it is the right place! And at the same time close to 3 major shopping malls in the region, Recreio Shopping, Americas Shopping and Park Shopping.

Casa fantástica, com total infraestrutura, comércio perto! Sr Jefferson muito atencioso e acessível! Caseiro ia na casa todos os dias pela manhã limpar a piscina e recolher o lixo!

Tranquilidade dentro do RJ
Tivemos uma ótima experiencia com a locação. A comunicação com o senhor Jefferson (proprietário) foi ótima e com o caseiro sr. Wagner tb. Todo dia pela manhã o Wagner vai à casa limpar a piscina e a banheira, sempre mto atento e educado. Não temos do que reclamar. Se posso sugerir uma melhora, sugeriria criar uma conexao mais proxima entre a area de serviço onde fica o freezer para a churrasqueira, evitando assim que tenhamos que ficar transitando por dentro da casa, mas é apenas um sugestão, pois da forma como está hoje atende muito bem. Muito obrigada pelo acolhimento e pela atenção. Amamos o lugar e planejamos voltar em breve.
