A large bedroom with a balcony, a new bathroom, living room, kitchen, and a second small bathroom. A flight of stairs. Located in the heart of Leblon, there are 2 blocks from the trendy Rua Dias Ferreira with several bars and restaurants and at the same time in a dead-end street, calm, wooded and very close to the police battalion. Six blocks from the beach, four blocks from the subway, 2 blocks from the bus stop and close to the Leblon shopping center.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.
