Apartment located at barra beach where locals go jogging , biking , kitesurfing , bodyboard and play volleyball in front of the condominium with the cleanest beach along the boardwalk , nearby the big Barra Shopping center , we have a bakery and restaurant in the corner, 15 minutes walking to Pepê beach one of the most popular in the city , you can go to the Avenue Olegário Maciel 10 minutes drive where you have all the restaurants , bars , supermarkets , pharmacies , bakeries and banks in the area , the metrowest It is just 15 minutes by bus that hás a stop in front of the building
