Excelente para férias e diversão.

Estive hospedada por 15 dias. O imóvel estava em perfeitas condições de uso. Tudo bem organizado, muito bem equipado e limpo. Ótima localização com excelentes estabelecimentos como: farmácias, bancos, cafeteria, supermercados,cinema, bares e restaurantes todos muito próximos com distância de um quarteirão. Em frente ao prédio tem a orla de Copacabana, lá você encontra uma feira de artesanato e variedade de souvenir. Entre outras atrações como: passeio de bike, patinete, pista de corrida, variedades de quiosques com música ao vivo, o passeio a tarde na orla é muito agradável, o lindo pôr do sol na praia do Arpoador, ainda tem próximo o forte de Copacabana e lá você pode fazer visitas tirar lindas fotos com vista deslumbrante do mar. Quero agradecer a proprietária Nélia e o administrafor Jetro que realmente foram de excelente cordialidade e atenciosos. Os porteiros são muito gentis, prestativos e sempre prontos a qualquer informação. Foram dias incríveis. Parabéns. Retornarei em breve.

Imóvel muito bem localizado, utensílios de cozinha, roupa de cama e banho em bom estado, assim como os móveis. Pessoal da portaria atencioso e cortês. Para fins de melhorias sugiro que seja retirado o carpete do quartoe que adotem uma cama de altura padrão e colchão mais firme.

El departamento es amplio, muy bien ubicado, con muy buen servicio de vigilancia y porteria.Lamentablemente, en el mes que estuvimos, observamos muy bajo mantenimiento y limpieza. Faltan elementos en la cocina(debimos adquirir rallador, ensaladera Azucarera )Las sillas que muestra la foto no estan, los controles remotos de Led no funcionan(no nos incomodo, pero lo señalamos) sabanas suministradas sin planchar, cucarachas (baratas creo e portugues)en cocina y baño, demuestran muy bajo nivel de limpieza.Para tener agua caliente en baño, se debe abrir canilla en cocina.En la cocina el agua caliente no se puede mezclar con fria, lo cual hace imposible el uso de agua caliente. Estimo que el calentador de agua, deberia ser electrico o mejorar el actual.Los interiores de alacenas en cocina y placares con falta de limpieza. La alfombra del dormitorio MUY SUCIA, tapada las manchas con dos alfombras tambien SUCIAS , no habiendo elementos para su limpieza. Estimamos que la alfombra no es aconsejable para un departamento de playa que se alquila.El extractor de la cocina no se pudo usar por la grasa que tiene, dado que al intentar usarlo, goteaba grasa.La cafetera tampoco se podia usar debido a la suciedad. Existian solo dos fundas dealmohadas. Al llegar el motorista, le señalamos que faltaban abridor de latas, asadera y tabla de picar, al dia siguiente los trajo. La tostadora no funcionaba bien, a los dias se repuso.Avisamos que habia perdida de agua en la cocina y en el baño, la persona que vino a repararla, tenia muy buena voluntad, pero estimamos que no es idoneo para la tarea. En el baño no pudo repararlo y continua perdiendo algo. En la ducha, el agua no corre al desague bien y sale hacia el piso del baño.Cuando le solicitamos veladores(que muy amablemente suministraron) nos contestaron que habia lo que mostraba la pagina, debemos señalar que no asi(ejemplo sillas y elementos faltantes) Creemos que ustedes no se ocupan personalmente del estado del departamento y dejan ello en manos de terceros no capacitados. A titulo de colaboracion les sugerimos efectuar un inventario detallado y controlar al entregar y recibir el apartamento. Cuando ustedes nos pasaron el importe a abonar no lo discutimos, pero no recibimos la contraprestacion anunciada.Anteriormente alquilamos un mes en Barra,por todo lo expuesto (especialmente suciedad) decidimos no alquilar mas sus propiedades Atentamente Jorge y Norma Ugarte
