Quiet hotel in Barra

We stayed one evening at Entremares and the hotel was very nice. The location was great, with many restaurants and a supermarket very close. The check-in process was quick and efficient, the room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was perfect for our one night stay, and I would recommend this property.

Convient to many resturants on same street

Staff is very helpful dispite limited number of staff who speak English. Would return to this ecomonical hotel; close taxi ride to beaches of Barra area.

Helpful staff - dated hotel

The staff were very good. They were not confident speaking English but made an effort to communicate and help me. I appreciate the effort they made.Unfortunately my room was noisy with a lot of noise from the street. There was also very poor blackout so after a long journey it was difficult to sleep.To be fair to the hotel I did not ask for another quieter room.

Good choice for the price

Breakfast is not bad. You get lots of fruits for breakfast. There are few good restaurants around the hotel. I recommend Balada Mix. Also, there is a big supermarket right next to the hotel.

Pluses : breakfast was good Minuses : mosquitos, staff with no rapport with customers, location was uninspiring and was at the other side of Rio from the international airport meaning a large taxi fare.
