Villa 1 at Casa Aguas Azules is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront house on Corcega Beach in Rincon, Puerto Rico. It offers direct access to the beach and features a beachfront pool. The interior is modern Caribbean-style adorned, showcasing locally sourced art and distinctive pieces. The house’s elevation above a large stone wall imparts a classic Mediterranean ambiance. Casa Aguas Azules provides guests with a private and upscale Caribbean experience. The pool and beach are shared with the Mansion and Villa 2.
Stunning ocean views with sunsets every night. A small sandy beach next to the house is inaccessible from the street, so you'll have the beach for yourselves.
We have a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, smart TV, and central air conditioning. However, the house does not have solar power or a generator during a power outage, nor does it have backup water for a water outage. Although it is infrequent, it does happen from time to time.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.

Gorgeous getaway

Phenomenal little bit of paradise with a lively reef right off shore that makes snorkeling easy and entertaining yet still gives plenty of sandy bottom to swim and refresh in before you hit it. Pool immediately seaside gives you no reason to leave unless you want to. Highly recommend.

Property excellent, great access to ocean on site, however there were a few issues. First, I was pleased with the rental and it was as described on the ocean. The issues, a better coffee machine is needed rather than the cheap Mr coffee, more towels and kitchen dish towel would be better, the dryer did not work properly, there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom that is without cover, with the electricity exposed, there is a rebar sticking out adjacent stairs to beach that is an accident waiting to happen.
