Newly furnished beach lovers villa within steps of one of Rincon's best surf breaks along a quiet beach that stretches for miles. The tranquility, tropical beauty, amazing surf and the many amenities of the Punta Del Mar community will make your vacation memorable. We are located within a 10 minute walk to Puntas which has wonderful restaurants, additional surf spots and a surf school. The villa is equipped with new appliances, fully appointed kitchen, new central A/C and a roof top deck. We visited Punta Del Mar for five years before becoming owners in this tropical paradise!
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a dining table.

Wonderful stay and nice private beach in front of the property.

We had a wonderful stay and the condo was fantastic. Communication with the owners was very easy. The location is on a private beach. Only a short 10 minutes to all the fun spots in Rincon. Would highly recommend.
