Stunning View

We spent the New Year Holiday here and the view was AWESOME! Great sunrises, clear daytime views of the coast, and cool breezes. During the holiday, we were able to see the fireworks all across the mountainsides! Downtown Rincon and the beaches were very close by. Our host was very attentive to our needs and questions. I would definitely recommend this spot if you are thinking about a stay in this area of PR - so many different things to do!

Phenomenal View, Awesome pool, Lots of space

The views were great at this place. The pool overlooking the ocean is beautiful. The house is large and there is plenty of space. We had a family of 4, and this was more space than we needed. The A/C worked great. The sliding glass doors were amazing to let in the air and open up the space to the pool deck. The views are just breathtaking as well. We wished we spent more time at the place rather than exploring the area since it was so nice. My only con would be the price, which was on the high side, but we definitely were not disappointed with the place. It was well worth it! Here are some very minor suggestions: get some clothes pins for the clothesline in the driveway. fix the light in the bathroom (the light turns off while you are in there). Be aware, the roads getting to the apartment (and the driveway) are very steep and narrow. Be brave, it's worth it.

Excelente lugar ,tranquilo y seguro .cerca de panaderías y restaurantes , una vista espectacular , la casa tiene todas la comodidades hermosa y limpia . Prácticamente una casa nueva . La piscina limpia y con una vista espectacular . Sin duda alguna volvería a quedarme .
