Our ★penthouse★ unit, beachfront on Rincón's top beach "Sandy Beach," features a huge private roof deck with a gazebo that's perfect for sunning, lounging, grilling and dining. Enjoy the comfort of new furnishings in this stylish abode.

NOTE about the room with two twin beds: upon request, the beds are convertible to a quasi-king ahead of your stay.

We had a great stay here! The location is amazing—right by the beach and within easy walking distance to some really great restaurants. The place itself was big and spacious, perfect for our family of four, and everything felt clean and comfortable. Hosts were fast to answer any questions and help with anything. We loved waking up beach front! The view is amazing. We enjoyed walking the beach and even found some really cool beach glass, which was a fun bonus. The huge rooftop was also awesome for relaxing and enjoying the views.The AC worked really well, which made a big difference after being out in the sun all day. It’s also only about a 10-minute drive into town, so it was super convenient to explore the area.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back and recommend it to others!

Just WOW!!!

What an amazing oceanfront condo! Spotless clean and totally updated. The rooftop deck with covered cabana, outdoor shower, sofa and lounge chairs was a total awesome bonus more than doubling the living space and what a view! Enjoyed watching the surfers with the binoculars the condo had which was a nice surprise amenity. We’ll definitely be back!
