Apartment in the Center of Rincon de la Victoria, and in the sea psaeo, just 15 meters from the sea shore, the car is not necessary, all services such as bus stops, supermarket stores pharmacies etc. are 50 meters from the apartment, however if you bring a car, we can arrange a place in the same building as long as the request for the place is made well in advance
Being just south facing, the sunsets and sunrises are impressive. They are enjoyed from the terrace of the apartment. Next to all services, bus, taxi, restaurants, coffee shops, Burguers, Pizzas, ice cream parlors, butchers supermarkets, etc. Bus stops are practically less than 50 meters from the apartment
The corner of victory is a place prepared for tourism, with a wide range of water and beach sports, as well as fun. Also just 2 km from the apartment there is a riding center, where they can arrange appointments for horseback riding and even give riding lessons, with special rates for the tenants of the apartment, because it is a family business.

Perfect!!

The apartment location is perfect, just steps from the beach.waking up and having breakfast on the balcony facing the sea wad wonderful. Apartment is very clean and has everything you need. There are lots of bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets all very nearby. Roberto was lovely and the meet and check in and check out all very easy. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The hosts were so friendly and helpful. The appartment was clean, had everything you need and the location was perfect. The sea view made it extra special. I would highly recommend to everyone. Wonderful beachfront apartment near Malaga

My husband, 18 year old daughter, and her teenage friend stayed in this apartment for 4 nights during our visit to Malaga and Granada. We came during Semana Santa, and Malaga was very expensive and hotels were mostly sold out. I didn’t know anything about the area, but the apartment was spacious and on the beach and very easily accessible to local amenties such as a bar, restaurants, grocery stores, and the bus stops to Malaga. In the description it was stated that car parking was available if reserved in advance. I asked on 2 occasions (several weeks in advance) if we could reserve a space for our rental car. I was told that arrangements could be made closer to the date, however when I asked again before arrival I was told no parking was available. The street parking is very tight, and we often had to park several blocks away from the apartment. This could’ve been due to the holiday. Unfortunately the weather was rainy and cold, but if it was nice this would’ve been such a beautiful place to enjoy the many beachfront restaurants and activities. Things to keep in mind that are not negative, but just that we didn’t think of ahead of time traveling internationally: the apartment did not have any extra toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, or laundry detergent. They did have plenty of kitchen utensils, towels, and the extra blankets were appreciated. The apartment and rooms were spacious, and the back patio overlooking the ocean was fantastic. Overall it was an excellent stay.

We had a lovely time at the apartment. We miss getting up every morning to the beautiful ocean view! We loved that we were close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, buses. Malaga was only 30 mins by bus! Roberto was easy to deal with and met us at the apartment to showed us around. We would definitely stay again.

Buena ubicación - mal apartamento.

Lo mejor que tiene este apartamento es la ubicación en primera línea de playa. Sin embargo, el apartamento es muy viejo, las paredes y puertas muy sucias, el agua de la ducha no mantiene constante la temperatura, por lo que o te quema o sale fría. Las sábanas que nos pusieron en la cama de matrimonio estaban sucias y no ajustaban correctamente al colchón. El sofá es muy incómodo. Para rematar, hay un bar de copas justo debajo del apartamento que debido al ruido no deja dormir.

La propriété est très bien située sur le bord de la mer. Restaurant, épicerie, boulangerie, pâtisserie très proche à pied. Le bémol est qu’un des petits lits le matelas est très inconfortable. Il n’a pas de four donc difficile à faire de bonne bouffe. Les hôtesses étaient gentils. Merci.

un très bon plan tranquillité vacances

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans cet appartement pas trop bruyant même avec une cafeteria en dessous, très pratique avec accès direct à la plage. Il y a des places gratuites dans la rue et tous les commerces à 5 minutes. Les propriétaires sont très gentilles et sympathiques. L'appartement est agréable et propre, tout ce qui lui manque pour une cinquième étoile c'est une décoration et des meubles plus modernes et une connexion wifi. Nous conseillons cette location sans hésiter.
