Oceanfront studio apartment

Wake up and fall asleep to the sights and sounds of the ocean in this studio apartment with king bed and a fully equipped kitchen. You have your own private balcony where you can relax and enjoy the wonderful view out over the swaying coconut palms that are between you and the tranquil bay. . A gas grill is also on the balcony your use. We have our own well but also provide bottled water for your use. Housekeeping is once per week.
The ocean is a few steps away through our beach gate. Enjoy sitting on the beach or under our private palapa that is a few feet away from the shoreline. We provide sun umbrellas, beach towels and beach chairs. We also have two kayaks and a paddle board for guests to use. Our heated pool and pool deck is a great place to experience the sunsets that this area has to offer.
This apartment is on the third floor of a private villa. It is part of a gated two villa and guesthouse property that is also for rent.
We are located in a residential community that is between two towns that are a 15-20 walk away. They each offer a variety of restaurants and food markets. Pickle ball and tennis courts are a 8 min walk away.
With the new road open, you can get here from Puerto Vallarta in about an hour.
