This lovely 5000 ft.² house is the perfect home base for your trip to Rincon de Guayabitos. With 4 bedrooms, including 2 queen beds and 2 king beds, it's ideal for families, groups of friends. The property offers all essential amenities like hair dryers, AC, washing machine, and WiFi. Full kitchen w oven, 6 top gas stove, air fryer, microwave, coffeemaker. Wet bar with 72” TV, video games, dartboard. Basement with parking for 3 cars, ping pong table, billiards, kayaks, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas. Upstairs bedroom and balconies feature beautiful views of the ocean, mountains, and estuary teeming with wildlife. An excellent place for birding and viewing other animals such as iguanas and crocodiles, as well as ocean sunsets and estuary sunrises. The back patio has a large pool with chaise lounge chairs, and outdoor grill. Located right across the street from Guayabitos Beach. 20 min walk or quick cab ride from downtown Guayabitos to the south, or La Peñita to the north.
