About this property

60-square-meter apartment with a balcony and a view of the mountains

Krautinsel is where our vacation rental gets its name. It lies between Fraueninsel and Herreninsel and is the smallest of the three islands in Lake Chiemsee. The island got its name, Krautinsel, because cabbage (Bavarian for “Kraut”) was grown there in the Middle Ages.
